Spring Ball

Well the season has begun, even though it is just spring ball it is very important to the success of the football program. Some people look at spring as a way to pass time and to just get through and that's not what we need right now as a program. This spring might be the most important one besides the first one in Bo Pelini's tenure. I say this because of the pressure inside and outside the program and inside ands outside the great state of Nebraska. In the past it may have been "funny" season because for the last 4 years we have had one starter at Quarterback.

Opinion on Sherman

After what I call a typical conversation between two people I have been asked to expand on my point that I was trying to make. The response I got was even more justification to my point, the perception isn't reality and what people hear and what is fact is way different. First off, I would play with Richard Sherman any day of the week. From what I've seen on game film is the closest thing to a shutdown Cornerback in the NFL. He has very small weaknesses in his game and to be honest they really are weaknesses. Again that's not the point I was making or need to expand on anymore.

Foreman Foundation

People over the last few weeks have asked are you starting a non-profit? What’s the purpose and how does it affect you?
The answer is simple. When it comes to the non-profit, I think it’s my personal duty to find ways to give back to the community, going beyond monetary contribution. As a former athlete, I think, in a lot of ways, it’s our duty to try and make an impact in others’ lives if we are able to do so. That’s what I have chosen to do and will continue to do in the future.
